The political women prisoners of MLKP, PKK , TKEP-L and TKP-ML cases in the Bakırköy Women's Prison have published a statement against the attack of single-type uniform. Along with condemning fascist invasion attempt on Efrîn, the revolutionary prisoners once again declared they will smash the single-type uniforms with a common struggle. Here is their statement:

The struggle of either live or be dead carries on in every fields of the life. The ruling power, which has attempted to dominate even our personal lives through the State of Emergency that has been declared on the 20th of July 2017, now started a new attack against revolutionary prisoners: the single-type uniform!

Through various applications that has been carried out separately in different prisons so far, the ruling power has adopted every ways and methods in order to suppress and de-identificate revolutionary prisoners and cut their attachment with the worker and laborer peoples, however, it couldn't achieve to its goal. Even in the military coup conditions of 12 September 1980, the state couldn't manage to enslave us inside those single-type uniforms, and it will not achieve again from now on.

We, as the revolutionary women prisoners from the dungeons of Bakırköy declare that, just like how women refuse to be subordinated to the thousands of years old oppression, we will never bow to this single-type uniform attack,

We condemn fascist Turkish state's attack on Rojava through Efrîn. We reply this attack against peoples by raising our resistance. We will unite our struggle with the ones outside and bring them to the victory all together.

We didn't wear the single-type uniform before, nor we will in the future!
