1. The third Conference of the Middle East was held in Germany on 17th and 18th September with the following organizations participating: BP (NK-T) Bolşevik Parti (Kuzey Kürdistan-Türkiye) (Bolshevik Party (North Kurdistan-Turkey)) , KSRD Koordinazionnyj Sowjet Rabotschewo Dvizhenija (Coordination Council of the Workers Class Movement), Ukraine; MLKP - Marksist Leninist Komünist Parti Türkiye/Kürdistan (Marxist Leninist Communist Party Turkey / Kurdistan); MMLPL - Moroccan Marxist-Leninist - Proletarian Line; PPDS Parti Patriotique Démocratique Socialiste (Patriotic Democratic Socialist Party), Tunisia; CPI (ML) Red Star - Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) Red Star; TKP/ML - Türkiye Komünist Partisi/Marksist-Leninist (Communist Party of Turkey/Marxist-Leninist); MLPD - Marxistisch-Leninistische Partei Deutschlands (Marxist-Leninist Party of Germany); Jugendverband REBELL (Youth League REBELL), Germany; Kommunistischer Aufbau (Communist Construction), Germany; PCT Parti Comuniste du Togo (Communist Party of Togo), Togo; Revolutionary Organization from Iran. This Conference was in continuation of the earlier two conferences and confirmed the resolutions passed at the end of the earlier conferences. The Conference concluded that the most important practical tasks set by the earlier conference held about a year ago have been successfully concluded. The discussion process to arrive at a better and clearer understanding of the processes in West Asia (Middle East) was continued. It reaffirmed the conclusion of the second conference that the collaboration on the basis of proletarian internationalism as the common bond for a new level of cross-border collaboration of the international revolutionary and working-class movement and the development of an international united front in West Asia (Middle East) fighting against imperialism and reaction are the basis for overcoming the ethnic splits in the region in the struggle against imperialism and fascism. 2. The Conference asserted that West Asia (the Middle East) is still one of the main focal points of the international revolutionary liberation struggle against imperialism. In the struggle for hegemony NATO and US imperialism are aggressively increasing their attacks in the region. Though the Russian imperialists are making treaties with the US, they are clearly trying to establish their own dominance in the area with the aid of other allies like China, Assad and Iran. Regional powers like Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Qatar are also playing an important role in this region with the intent of establishing their regional hegemony. In particular, the Turkish government is invading Syria, bombarding Rojava and openly equating Rojava with the IS forces as enemies of Turkey. As a part of the general trend to the right of governments all over the world, the fascist Turkish government has also taken on a more aggressive form under the pretext of the failed coup. Under these barbaric living conditions, the people of Syria and Palestine are being forced to flee and seek refuge in various parts of the world. The Conference therefore agreed to oppose all such imperialist and regional forces which are curtailing the democratic rights of the people in the region and to support the movement for freedom and democracy in the region. The people of Rojava in particular, and of Kurdistan in general, fighting against all camps of imperialism, against ISIS (Daesh) and against the hegemony of other regional forces have shown the way forward for the people of West Asia (Middle East). 3. The conference asserted that they would continue to oppose the forces of ISIS (Daesh) and Al Nusra and other such forces of religious terrorism and fascism under the cover of religion. These forces have been originally created by US imperialism as an expression of the destructive bourgeois ideology and have been backed, financially and otherwise, by Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the Emirates and Turkey at various times in the past. 4. The process of the democratic revolution in Rojava retains its international significance. This and the Palestinian liberation struggle remain the two most important struggles for democracy and freedom. Struggles of people in Syria and in Turkey against fascism and for democracy and freedom and class struggle are also a part of the movement in this region, as are the struggles of the peoples of Iran, Afghanistan, Yemen and other countries against the dictatorships and the obscurantist ideas in their respective countries, though the forms of such dictatorships and of the struggles may vary. 5. The conference recognizes that the current period is of open war and social instability in many parts of West Asia (Middle East). At the same time, it is also a period of growth of the revolutionary movement in the area. It again salutes the democratic revolution in Rojava and the efforts of founding the fighting coalition which is being further consolidated. The role of ICOR in this consolidation is also clear with the beginning of the functioning of the medical and social centre built by ICOR brigades consisting of over 170 brigadists from 11 countries. Not only in Rojava, but the revolutionary forces in the whole region are consolidating their forces. In Turkey, in Palestine, in Iraq, and in other places we have clearly seen that the people are protesting against their situation and, at the same time, are increasingly looking to the revolutionary forces as the answer. The objective situation in the whole region is ripe for regional revolutions. The conference calls for all the revolutionary forces in the region to come together and fight against the fascist and terrorist forces of the governments there and lead the people in their fight for democracy and a better society - in their fight for socialism. 6. The conference took place in an amicable atmosphere with a proletarian culture of debate. Though there were many differences in theoretical understanding of the situation, the conference asserts that such theoretical understandings must be resolved through a process of discussion on the basis of objective facts and reality and on the basis and in connection with revolutionary practice. At the same time such differences do not at all get in the way of the revolutionary forces uniting to oppose all forms of imperialism, the regional hegemonistic powers and all terrorists like ISIS (Daesh), while supporting the struggles of the people of this region for democracy, for freedom and for socialism. Long live the struggle of the peoples of West Asia! Workers of all countries unite! Workers and oppressed peoples of all countries, unite!
