The fascist Turkish State attacked to the commemorations to be held in Istanbul and Ankara for the 3rd anniversary of the Suruç massacre. In Rojava on the other hand, the dreams of the 33's met with the children of Rojava through the commemorations happened in Qamişlo and Kobanê. The commemorations in Istanbul started with the Justice Watch, which have been taking place on every 20th of a month in Halitağa Street, Kadıköy with the call of "Suruç Families". During the sit-in, along with the pictures of the Suruç martyrs, banners of "Our hearts shall beat for justice", "Our justice scream cannot be silenced", "The killers are there, where is justice?" were held. On a speech made by the Socialist Youth Associations Federation ( SGD F), the state terror against the commemorations was emphasized saying that they have been facing with police during the whole day, starting from the cemetery visits till the Justice Watch. The representative said that "Now all streets are taken by the police, they are investigating anyone they see with flags or banners. " Following the Justice Watch, the youth organizations gathered in front of the Süreyya Opera-House to march towards the Square Mehmet Ayvalıtaş. Against the threats of police saying they will not let for the march, the crowd started to march behind the banner "Justice for Suruç, Justice for all". The police attacked to the crowd with plastic bullets and tear gas; hit one young revolutionary with gas canister on his head, detained 14 people including those from press. In Ankara, the revolutionary youth gathered in Sakarya Street to make a press statement. As the crowd oppened the banner "Justice for Suruç, Justice for all" together with the pictures of Suruç martyrs, the police attacked them and detained 10 revolutionaries there. Owing to the fascist provocation made by those around, the police took 3 more into custody. After the first attack, the youth organizations gathered again in the Meşrutiyet Street for the press statement however police attacked them again and detained 2 more revolutionaries. ROJAVA Hundreds of people participated in the demonstration held in the "Pirsus (Suruç) Martyrs Park", the public garden having a playground for children in Kobanê. On the garden, along with the pictures of the Suruç martyrs, banners such as "Pirsus Martyrys are immortal, their dreams will not remain unfulfilled", "Long live the victory of 19th July" were hung. The commemoration held in "Martyr Şepal Park", Qamislo, started with a cine-vision on the Suruç martyrs showing the process of SGDF set off for Kobanê. On her speech, the representative of SYPG, Beritan Asya said: Our hearts broke into 33 pieces with this massacre organized by the AKP /Palace government and ISIS alliance. Through this massacre, they wanted to give a message saying that "if you attempt to create a link between peoples and the Rojava Revolution, if you be in solidarity with it, we will strangle you with massacres." However we replied this message as "We defended Kobanê, we built it and placed ourselves in every areas of the revolution!"
