The Fascist Turkish State is re-drawing the borders of the right of "word-action-organising" by implementing heavier rules on the existing Anti-terror law in order to prevent the struggle of the working class, Kurdish people and the oppressed poor. The Turkish bourgeoisie has been forced to take partial step backs for the right of "word-action-organising", which the workers and the labourers have been fighting for years. Now they can not even tolerate these partial rights. The High Body of the Struggle against Terrorism, gathered after 8 years, is giving extra-ordinary authorities to the administrative body which is even worries the powers within the system.

According to this law everybody could be a terrorist. All types of action of the oppressed could be seen within "terrorism". The "pre-emptive measure" concept is the main vain of this plan; it gives the police the right to take all the freedom and the rights of anyone promptly if they are suspicious of them. The new plan is extremely legally flexible makes the arbitrary of the police legal.

From now on International solidarity is a crime! The new terror law is also a obstacle in front of the working class and the oppressed people knitting international struggle. It is also a crime to praise or to be in solidarity with the Palestinian people against the Israel Zionism or to be in solidarity with Iraqi people, who are defending their country against American occupation. The new terror-law is also an attack on international solidarity and international struggle.
