One of the activities on the international solidarity days in Rojava, January 26-27, was held in Athens, Greece. The Greek Anarchists, Tevgera Ciwanen Şoreşger and Navenda Canda Kurdistan called the action, the MLCP, Communist Youth Organization (KGÖ), TKP-ML, DKP and SYKP were among the attendees of the march.
The demonstration ended in front of the General Consulate of Turkey. During the march, Turkish and Kurdish slogans were shouted. "From Arin to Sibel, We are marching to victory!", "Paramaz Kizilbaş is immortal!", "Long live our Rojava revolution!", "Biji berxwedane Rojava!", "Freedom to Ocalan", "Aziz, Kader, Oğuz are our honor" and in Greek "The biggest weapon of the peoples is the fraternity, if the bosses and the banks want war, we are ready" were some of the slogans people shouted. The participants also shared their messages of solidarity with Rojava.
The 4th anniversary of the Kobanê victory was greeted by a common statement, "The resistance of Kobanê is a historical resistance."
An appeal for action for the ongoing hunger strike against solitary confinement practices in Turkey was made that call to embrace this resistance, emphasizing the struggle will continue until it breaks the isolation policies.
In the statement made at the end of the march, the importance of combating the local and internationalist revolutionaries side by side in the liberation of Kobanê was emphasized. They also stated that AKP 's occupation attack and threats will be defeated.
