The resistance of the hunger strikers initiated by DTK Co-Chair Leyla Güven grows.In Strasbourg, where 14 Kurdish activists are on hunger strike for 62 days, long marches from Luxembourg, Mannheim and Basel ended with a rally, were also members of MLKP were represented.

The long marches were also organized in several cities in Greece nd France.

Tens of thousands of people joined the rally chanting slogans in support of freedom for Öcalan and Leyla Güven and the resistance by the hunger strikers.

Throughout the march, activists with bullhorns speak about Ocalan's resistance in the Imrali prison for the last 20 years and stress that the AKP - MHP fascism resorts to isolation policies upon their defeat against Ocalan. The marchers salute the resistances and stress that Leyla Guven and the hunger strikers' demands are demands embraced by millions. Speeches in the march stress that the Turkish state is in great fear and panic due to the resistance and point out that if the resistance is increased the isolation will be broken and Ocalan will achieve freedom.

The hungerstrikes continue in the prisons and several cities from Turkey to Europe.
