The Social Forum in Germany is being organised four years after the first World Social Forum. It is being stated that during this social forum, organised on the basis of the "Porto Allegro Principles", there are going to be attempts on finding solutions on the issues which directly concerns the working class and labouring masses such as "84Work and Human Dignity, Globalization and Germany's Role in the World, Human Rights and Political Participation, a World worth living in - a different World"".

As it happened in other social forum, "various elements of the movement those approaching critical to globalisation" are going to come together and discuss upon the issues that have been fixed by them.

On the invitation letter of the social forum, they talk about the "reforms" implemented in Germany leading to unemployment and poverty, the "neo-liberal globalisation" making rich countries richer while driving people to extreme poverty in the "south hemisphere", the realization of the economic interests through wars, Europe being turned into a "fortress" in order to be protected from immigrants while barriers in front of the capital being fully abolished and etc.

The Social Forum in Germany is aiming to discuss on strategies and organisational forms and to advance a little bit the movements those are against the neo-liberalism. It tries to do this without taking any decisions because one of the principles of the social forum is not to take binding decisions! The Social Forum in Germany wants to "analyze the defeat of the resistance against the Hartz-Laws".

When it comes to the effort of solution of the problems which are on the agenda, the Social Forum in Germany is holding a pretension similar with all other social forums: The Social Forum in Germany is also announcing that it will act according to the "new methodology of the social forum". That is to exclude political parties, to discuss in order to develop common strategies and action plans among themselves as opponents of neo-liberalism and to work to overcome existing dispersion.

What is the problem of the "anti-neoliberal" movements those who come together in the Social Forums, in concrete the Social Forum in Germany?

The internationalisation of capital circulation especially after the disintegration of the Soviet Union and revisionist bloc have been presented as a new development in the human history, the "globalisation era" by the imperialist bourgeoisie. This process, which in fact were remaining since the existence of capitalism, does not express anything else than the development of capital's imperialist internationalisation in the last-years.

Imperialist globalisation means overthrow of all obstacles in front of bringing everything in a shape to serve interests of the monopoly capital: National markets must be destroyed; everything necessary for the capital must be privatised. When capital feels the necessity, the strategic regions, the resources of row materials and the countries anyhow resisting or opposing the imperialist globalisation must be occupied. Under the name of "fight against the international terrorism", the movements of democracy and anti-imperialist resistances must be suppressed, the revolutionary and communist organisations must be dispersed.

Unbridled movement of the imperialist globalisation, at the end, brought together also the organisation of the defenders of "social state", reformists and pacifists, and lead them to start struggling against the extremes of imperialist globalisation. This is the way how the social forum, called the "movement of movements", was born and, today, it tries to intervene the problems faced by the world's working class, labouring masses and oppressed peoples and nations; the struggle against increased exploitation, unemployment, poverty, plunder, imperialist war, intervention and threats in a perspective that expresses the desire for "social state".

But what is being put forward as an alternative and how is it going to be carried out?

The idea put forward as an alternative is nothing else than Duhring's following understanding of economy: The capitalist method of production is quite fine, it must stay, but the system of distribution is bad and, therefore, it should be changed! This understanding forms the fundamental perspective of the social forum movement. According to this understanding, if distribution could be carried out justly than there will be no reason for people to go on the streets! This is the way how the "movement of movements" understands "another world is possible". When they say "another world is possible", they defend a fair distribution under the conditions of capitalism, therefore, it restricts its struggle only with the extremes of imperialist globalisation and it defends capitalism that cleared off from its extremes.

The problems, which are being put on the agenda by the Social Forum in Germany, are caused by the capitalist method of production, the internal contradictions of capital circulation, and without abolishment of the objective reasons of these problems, their solutions will not be possible.

Germany's position in the world and "globalisation" cannot be dealt separate from the inter-rivalry among the imperialists. And again, the unemployment cannot be dealt separate from Agenda 2010, Hartz-Laws and neo-liberal attacks, and directly from the understanding of strengthening the German monopoly capital. For the solution of these problems, it is being suggested nothing else than acting in accordance with the "new methodology of social forum". That is to say disorganisation, excluding political parties and political orga-nisations from the social forum, to have many discussions without taking any decisions, to sanctify social state; the capitalism cleared off from its neo-liberal extremes and to leave people hopeful about the future without ideology, organisation and to imprison them in reformism.

Although struggle against neo-liberal attacks -concentrated with the Hartz-Laws in Germany- is among the primary issues of the Social Forum in Germany, they did not took part effectively on the side of the working class and labouring masses those who turned streets into a protesting arena. They were not seen satisfactory within the wave of workers and labourers movement that grew in 2004 against neo-liberal attacks.

The anti-imperialist struggle -in the fight against imperialist war; the occupation of American imperialism in Iraq, the imperialist threat and aggression- cannot be conducted by taking side, in open or hidden way, with the German imperialism or the EU against the USA. Such a misleading thought and action is quite widespread in Germany. We have seen this method of false thought and action when streets were empty at the first and second anniversary of occupation of Iraq. However, the anti-imperialist struggle is a struggle against all imperialist forces, colonization, aggression and hegemony. And again, the anti-imperialist struggle and the struggle against neo-liberal attacks cannot be separated from each other.

What solutions do the Social Forum in Germany envisages over the EU constitution which has been put into a drawer after its rejection at the end of French and Dutch referendums and the EU's crisis? Which alternatives does it present to the working class and labouring masses in Germany that is in the political crisis and has come face to face with an early election?

Socialism is the only alternative of imperialist globalisation, capitalist system and the "social State". All problems considered not only in Social Forum in Germany but from all other social forums can only be solved through dealing with them in socialist perspective.

Yes, "another world is possible"!

This world is socialism, and for the creation of this world: it is necessary to organise workers and labourers, who are against the imperialist globalisation and neo-liberal attacks and who participate in the social forums, on the basis of working classes' ideology, the Marxism-Leninism. Understandings which do not serve the organisation and defence of the proletariat's cause; understandings which do not unite struggle against imperialist war, occupation and aggression with the struggle against neo-liberal attacks; the understandings which do not organise in unison the native and immigrant workers and labourers against increasing racism and fascism in Europe; the understandings which do not aim to destroy capitalist system, they all produce pacifism and reformism. Liberation of the working class and labouring masses is possible only by overcoming these pacifist and reformist understandings, destroying capitalism and establishing socialism.

Our party believes that another world is possible via the united struggle of native and immigrant workers in Germany as well as in other countries for socialism, and continues to fight for it.
