The focus of this years´ World Social Forum (WSF) is the problems of Africa. The problems of Africa result from colonialist, imperialist occupation, the oppression and plunder. This means that the problem of Africa consists in fighting against imperialism and its native collaborators. The most important thing is not naming the problems but defining the link chain, which bears the solution of the problem. Here is no room for dialogs with colonialists and plunderers. Wanting to define the destiny of the peoples of Africa with dialogs means nothing else the continuation of the prevailing colonialist relations of today. In Africa, which has been colonized in the 19th century to 95 %, today, hundred years later, are no big changes in the colonial relations. The African countries, which formally won their independency, became neo-colonies of imperialism. The imperialist countries, in the first place the USA, Germany, France and Belgium within the EU as well as China are competing more and more aggressively for this continent. They are not prim at the occupation of countries and regions, which are important from the point of view of their own interests. In the beginning of the 90´ies of the last century, they tried to occupy Somalia and were forced to step back after having been taught a lesson. They constantly organized provocations in Congo and are only waiting for a good opportunity in order to occupy Sudan and Somalia. The neo-liberal attacks are going on with its full power. The internationalisation of capital and production continues to expand and deepen. The fierce competition between the international monopolies is reflected in the economic and social life by the sharpening of the contradictions between the imperialist countries. The imperialist countries, which are capable to construct a world hegemony, first of all the US imperialism, the German imperialism, the Russian and Chinese imperialism, are trying to put into practice their geopolitics developed for world hegemony. That means: they occupy countries in order to get access to the energy sources, principally petroleum and natural gas, but also other important energy sources and countries and regions of strategically importance. Therefore, the imperialist countries launch the hardest competition against each others. For this reason they develop militarism and open up the way for reaction and fascismisation with special concepts of oppression, intimidation and annihilation. The general truth, that imperialism means reaction, war and fascism, today is to be seen in the very true sense of the word. They detain and imprison the revolutionary and communist forces, which fight for liberty, democracy and socialism through international conspiracies, as to be seen in Turkey and Northern Kurdistan. The imperialist forces continue increasingly with their organized and coordinated attacks in all areas for their hegemony in the name of the "war against international terror" at international and also at national level, enforcing also their collaborators. The circumstances of imperialist globalisation are the circumstances in which they liquidate the democratic and economic rights, which were gained through many fights, all over the world. The imperialism attacks worldwide in order to disorganize the working class, the labouring masses and the oppressed nations and to usurp the gained rights completely. The humanity; the working class and the labouring masses, who demand "another world", are confronted with the "war" the bourgeois regimes have declared them. But everything does not happen the way the imperialist bourgeoisie and its native collaborators in the neo-colonies wish for. The working class and the labouring masses offer resistance against the "war", which the imperialist bourgeoisie and her native collaborators have declared against them in the name of the "War against terror". Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan, Venezuela and Cuba are showing that it is possible to resist against the imperialist occupation, attacks and plunder and that one can only be successful if one fights and does not surrender. In this sense, the resisting peoples; the peoples of Iraq, Palestine, also resist in our name. Cuba and Venezuela are showing that imperialism in general and especially the US imperialism are not almighty. On one side stands imperialism as expression of the neo-liberal attacks, reaction and aggression and on the other side masses of millions of workers and labourers and the nations fighting for their freedom. This is a fight of wills. It is about the struggle between the decaying forces, which are breaking down and those of the future; so to say between the old and the new. This struggle, which says "another world is possible" does not mean dialog with imperialism and opportunism. "Another World" cannot be put into practice without the struggle against capitalism with the aim to destroy it. "Another world" cannot mean back to the "social state". Yes, another world is possible. But this „other world" is not a multicoloured, chaotic, messed world in which nothing would be clear. This is not a world in which exploitation and oppression will be carried out within the framework of certain laws. The struggle of Africa and the working class and the labouring masses in the world and the oppressed nations in general against the capital and the colonial exploitation can not be restricted with a struggle for a "humane capitalism and of solidarity". The imperialist forces, above all the US imperialism declare the oppressed nations and the anti-imperialist forces, which fight against imperialism, occupation and imperialist aggression to be "terrorists" and talk about the "struggle against international terrorism". We should not forget that "another World" will only be possible, if we resist against occupation at the side of the peoples fighting against imperialism like in Afghanistan and Iraq and if we support their struggle. What should interest us is the future of the worldwide anti-imperialist struggle. The international anti-imperialist struggle is dispersed; its organization includes in many peoples even at the national scale not all or the important anti-important forces. That means that the organisation come together for certain special dates, for certain actions and are carrying out the anti-imperialist struggle only in those moments together. This situation paves the ground for the pacifists and reformist, and moreover the Trotskyites, to be able to launch there apparently anti-imperialist struggle. This fact shows us that we are an alternative for the millions who bind their hopes to the reformists and pacifists, if we organize the anti-imperialist struggle at national, regional and moreover international level. In this sense, anti-imperialist co-ordinations like those which have been founded on the Balkan and the Middle East should be founded in other regions as well in order to extend and activate them. Live itself shows that a struggle, which is not against the neo-liberal attacks, the aggression and occupation of other countries, cannot be a real anti-imperialist struggle. We must not forget that the anti-imperialist struggle cannot be limited to the struggle against the US imperialism, that we have to understand it as a struggle against all imperialists and that the struggle against the European Union is also an anti-imperialist struggle. The masses, which came together with the hope "another world is possible", have to fight on the basis of anti-imperialism, the revolution and socialism against imperialism and reaction. What the working class, the labouring masses and the oppressed nations need is an international united anti-imperialist struggle, is the organisational unity of the anti-imperialist struggle at an international level. Our party MLCP fights for the developing of the united international anti-imperialist struggle and its unity. The only alternative is socialism! Long live international solidarity!
