The raid against dozens of organisations and the detention of 117 revolutionaries neither prevented the raided organisations from increasing the struggle for freedom and socialism, nor the actions of the revolutionary, democrat and patriotic forces by uniting against the TMY terror.
Starting on the 21st of September, the day when newspapers, unions, radios, youth and women associations and other democratic organisations were attacked, the state-terror has been protested on 22-23-24-25 September many cities of Turkey and Northern Kurdistan such as Ankara, Istanbul, Izmir, Malatya, Adana, Eskisehir and Kayseri by, at first the ESP , Atilim Newspaper, Dayanisma Newspaper, Ozgur Radio, SGD , EKD , Tekstil-Sen and Limter-Is , those which were raided, and dozens of revolutionary and democrat organisations and groups through press meetings, selling of Atilim Newspaper with the masses and visits to the raided organisations. The neighbourhoods of Istanbul, from Gazi to Gulsuyu, 1 Mayis to Esenler have also become the place of the resistance against the TMY terror.
The trials of the people who have been taken into custody have also turned into a place of struggle. On 25 September, the day when the detained people are taken to the court, dozens of democratic organisations, including ESP, EKD, SGD, Ozgur Radio, Atilim and Dayanisma workers were also in front of the court with their banners writing "We want freedom of speech, organisation, press and justice. Release the ones who have been taken into custody and imprisoned through police conspiracy" and "End the TMY Terror. Release the Detainees/ Limter-Is"
Whilst the revolutionaries and socialists those who brought to the court shout slogans "ESP was not silent and will not be silent", "Long Live Freedom" when getting of the police busses, the participants of the action in front of the court shout "You are not strong enough to defeat us, We will win", "Right to speak, action and organisation cannot be prevented", "Long live revolution and socialism", "ESP was not silent and will not be silent", "The hope is still on its feet", Long live revolutionary solidarity" and "End the TMY terror".
