The democratic and revolutionary forces and those against the isolation increase their actions of support and visits for solidarity to lawyer Behic Asci who continues his death fast against the isolation policies in the F-type prisons.
The relatives of political prisoners afiliated to ESP and the members of the Institution of Science Education Aesthetic Culture and Art Researchs ( BEKSAV ) visited Asci on 24 October.
On the same day, the relatives afiliated to TAYAD closed the bridge Fatih Sultan Mehmet which binds Asia and Europe in the Bosphorus in Istanbul. They put up here a 20-metre-banner with the slogan "End with the isolation in the F-type prisons!". The police attacked to the action and detained 29 people. They were released soon.
The relatives from TAYAD also declared on 27 October that tey will go to Ankara from different cities on 1 November in order to meet with the member of the National Congress and the Minister of Justice with the demand of end to isolation.
The Istanbul branch of the Human Rights Association made a press declaration on 27 October and sent a letter to Cemil Cicek, the Minister of Justice, calling him to sensibility on the issue of isolation.
Lawyer Behic Asci continues the death fast on the 207th day, Gulcan Goruroglu on the 175th day and Sevgi Saymaz, political prisoner in Usak Prison on the 170th day, demanding that the isolation policy should end.
