The ESP activists in Izmir handcuffed themselves to the entrance of the bureau of the government party AKP in Basmane to support Lawyer Behic Asci, who has been on a death fast for 244 days. Two activists who were wearing shirts with the slogans "The hunger strikers are not alone!" and "Stop the isolation!" demanded the approval of Behic Asci's demands, the end of the isolation in the F-type prisons and the cancellation of the new Anti-terror Law. They also announced that the political prisoners in Izmir and Bergama Prisons have started a hunger strike and they exposed the state's tortures against political prisoners in the Sincan Womens' Prison. They protested against the arrestment and imprisonment terror of September against revolutionary and socialist press and associations. The ESP activists who shouted the slogans "Behic Asci is our honor!" and "We will defeat the state's terror!" were attacked by the police and taken under custody.
On the other hand, TAYAD (Solidarity Association of the Prisoners' Families) made a street action at Cakmak Street in Adana on 30 November in order to protest the isolation in the F Type prisons. The police attacked at this action as well, taking 6 members of TAYAD under custody. The families affiliated to TAYAD organized a march with torches at Yuksel Street in Ankara on 2 December, demanding the end of the isolation policies. ESP gave support to the action.
On 1 December, lawyers gave support to Lawyer Behic Asci. Responding the call of the Contemporary Lawyer's Association, they made a march at Yuksel Street in Ankara, opening a banner "Stop the Isolation!"
