In Germany, the growing dissatisfaction and actions of the labouring masses and the oppressed against the Agenda 2010 and Hartz 4 laws have united with the working classes' strikes, resistances and occupation actions that erupted one after the other in the enterprises affiliated with the monopolies such as Siemens, Mercedes, Opel and Volkswagen. Through the waves of strikes and resistances, the working class has not only given the message of the social dynamics, moral values, opportunities and direction of a united and strong struggle against the imperialist bourgeoisie, it has also given a historical, ideological and political message which goes beyond the boarders of Germany.

The strike and occupation of Opel, affiliated with General Motors that carries the stamp of the USA, begun on 14th of October and lasted about one week, and it has once more exposed the working class's historical and political role in the class struggle at the most striking and clear shape.

During the Opel strike and occupation, the European working class has given a continental response to the imperialist globalisation attacks. Solidarity resistances developed in same sectors of 9 countries of Europe. More than 50 thousand people demonstrated on the streets. The people of Bochum and small businessmen, youth and children, women, immigrants and various mass organisations have supported the resistance. Football players in Bochum entered the football-pitch with solidarity banners. That is to say that the working class is continuing to be the class which activates and drags other labourer classes and stratums. That is to say that the workers' will developing from the below, initiative and creativity; the consequences of their power coming from the social production continue to carry peculiarities on other social classes and stratums to act.

The working class, whose quality developed more, has given a strong cuff to the imperialist bourgeoisie and their poison-broadcaster ideologists through their worker will and action in Germany, the great giant of the imperialist world. Neither there was the "end of history" that defined as the class struggle, nor "socialism died" or "proletariat said goodbye". On the contrary, even if the bourgeois ideologists do not want to confess it, the proletariat's uprising against the capital is continuing to be the new "spectre of communism" hunting in Europe.

While entering the 21st Century, proletariat is proving again and again its political and social role that foreseen by the history through its actions. And it will lean its organisation as the dominant class and the victory of socialism on learning from the experiences of the 20th Century's socialism; it's quantitative and qualitative development, its new dynamics and opportunities; changing of social and political conditions; the needs of the class struggle and theoretical, political and organisational progression of itself.

The European and German bourgeoisie is trying to deflect and make ineffective the workers, who are replying the consequences of capitalism's objective economical laws; the concrete reflections of the neo-liberal attacks with various methods of resistance and struggle, through the threats "moving the factories into other regions or countries", "increasing the production capacity of factories in other countries".

Under the conditions where the internationalization of the capital, trade, production and technology widens and deepens, the international attack of the imperialist capital has also increased. And the working class's sphere of organisation and struggle has been imprisoned to the national borders. Through this, doubtlessly, it is being wanted to prevent the united and strong working class struggle that could be developed on regional, continental and international levels.

The revolutionary and communist movement can not stay uninterested, non-reacting and spontaneous manner to the international attacks of the imperialist bourgeoisie who imposes the conditions of 19th Century's wild capitalism to the world working class and the oppressed.

Urgency of theoretical analyzes of these developments and tasks to be taken from there on are still forcing themselves as burningly.

Together with the necessity of the organisation of the trade unions, the mass organisations of the working class, or other platforms on international, continental and regional levels, we can also point out the need for a world party, that is to say the actuality of task to form a new International in order to make international political interference to the developing wave of working class movement.

MLCP follows these developments very carefully and acts with the consciousness of a need for theoretical analyze and production.
