The fascist dictatorship has added another extralegal execution. On September 28 two young Kurds named Bulent Karatas (33) and Ali Riza Cicek (31) were shot by soldiers next to the village Boydas that is linked to the region Hozat of Dersim under the prestect that "they did not respect the command to stop". While Karatas lost his life, Cicek is still in intensive care.
The Turkish general staff and the governor of Tunceli* declared the youth as terrorists. The people instead said that the two were living in this region and were letting their cattle graze. The dead body of Karatas was handed over to his family on the same evening. On September 29 Karatas was buried and nearly 2000 people joined the funeral in Hozat. At the funeral the mass shouted the slogans: "Murderer state will give an account" and "Dersim will become a grave for fascism". The action was supported by revolutionary and democratic organisations such as DTP , ESP , DHP, IHD and the Temel Haklar ve Ozgurlukler Association.
DTP deputy Serafettin Halis hold a speech at the funeral and said that there are extralegal killings and that he will carry this topic to parliament.
