Our party MLCP answers the racist fascist aggression with different actions.
On the evening of October 17 our party forces bombed the fascist association Ulkum Iscileri located in Konak Karabaglar, Izmir. In a statement made concerning the action a call was made to all revolutionaries, progressive, antifascist forces to organise a strong opposition: "We will not remain silent while they are carrying out attacks. We will continue to destroy and punish fascist centres."
On the evening of October 19 our party forces organised an action in the quarter Guzeltepe of the Istanbul borough Alibeykoy. Thy blockaded the street and opened a banner read "Kurdistan will become a grave for fascism" to condemn parliament's approval for the occupation in South Kurdistan on October 17.
After the speeches of the general staff and different forces of the state, in which the DTP and the Kurdish people were shown as target, the offices of the DTP in Ankara and Istanbul were shot at, the DTP office in Antalya was bombed, the DTP offices in Manisa and Balikesir were targeted to be set on fire and in Mugla a café mainly visited by progressive forces was set on fire. While the military operations in Northern Kurdistan have been increased, parliament had already approved the occupation in South Kurdistan.
Dozens of people had been arrested during raids in different cities and the newspapers Gundem and Guncel had to face bans on publication.
