EINIGE SOLIDARITÄTSBOTSCHAFTEN FÜR DIE 10. SEPTEMBER GEFANGENEN AUS: DEUTSCHLAND, UKRAINE, GRIECHENLAND, NORWEGEN, ARGENTINIEN, RUSSLAND, IRAN, KANADA, PERU, ITALIEN, CHILE DEUTSCHLAND Marxistisch-Leninistische Partei Deutschlands - MLPD

Internationalismusabteilung 24. 10. 07 An die MLKP Türkei/Nordkurdistan Liebe Genossinnen und Genossen! Wir stehen in dem Prozess, den das türkische Regime am 26. 10. gegen 23 revolutionäre politische Gefangene eröffnet, solidarisch an eurer Seite. Weil sie für Freiheit und gegen Ausbeutung und Unterdrückung kämpfen, wurden sie vom türkischen Staat verhaftet, gefoltert und sollen jetzt nach dem sogenannten „Antiterrorismus-Gesetz" abgeurteilt werden. Dieses Gesetz, das sich gegen jegliche demokratische, fortschrittliche und revolutionäre Opposition richtet, ist selbst Ausdruck des Staatsterrors. Unter dem Vorwand des Kampfs gegen den Terrorismus wird in Europa ein massiver Abbau demokratischer Rechte und Freiheiten und eine Faschisierung der Staatsapparate betrieben, deren Speerspitze sich gegen die revolutionäre Arbeiterbewegung richtet. Das Vorgehen in den Niederlanden gegen den philippinischen Marxisten-Leninisten Jose Maria Sison im August 07 brachte dies deutlich zum Ausdruck. Auch das Vorgehen des türkischen Regimes steht in engstem Zusammenhang mit der verschärften Faschisierung der Staatsapparate in der EU und ist nicht denkbar ohne Abstimmung mit den imperialistischen EU-Staaten. Wir wenden uns entschieden dagegen, dass in Deutschland und anderen EU-Ländern Marxisten-Leninisten, Revolutionäre, Antifaschisten und Demokraten aus der Türkei und Kurdistan, die hier seit Jahren leben, überfallartig verhaftet und kriminalisiert werden und versucht wird, sie in die Folterkeller des türkischen Regimes abzuschieben. Das richtet sich gegen die Massen, die in Europa zunehmend aufbegehren gegen das kapitalistische System und ihrer Suche nach einer gesellschaftlichen Perspektive. Das ist der Hintergrund der sogenannten 'Anti-Terror-Gesetze' und ‚Anti-Terror' - Listen zur Verfolgung revolutionärer Kräfte des nationalen und sozialen Befreiungskampfes, Marxisten-Leninisten und Revolutionären, der faschistoiden Ächtung von kommunistischen Parteien und Jugendorganisationen in verschiedenen europäischen Ländern und der politischen Maßregelung von kämpferischen und der Sympathie mit dem Marxismus-Leninismus verdächtigen Arbeitern. Wir sind jedoch überzeugt, dass die staatlichen Repressionen die Massen nicht aufhalten können. Vielmehr werden sie ihre Illusionen über das kapitalistische Ausbeuterregime verlieren! The Turkish government - the government of executioners!
We are indignant of judicial punishment above 23 socialist activists arrested on September, 8-12 of the last year. Turkish authorities do not want and cannot not only take into account interests of millions Turkish workers, but even simply to listen to their voice. Besides, the Turkish government in powerless rage tries to muffle a voice of the truth, severely finishing with the best representatives of Turkish people. Proteges of the capital in official, police and judicial armchairs expect that monstrous terms of the conclusion will break courageous resistance of workers. But it is not so. Severe judicial punishment above socialists and the left journalists once again will open antinational essence of the Turkish government and will inspire people on struggle against a police regime.
We express the brotherly solidarity with struggle of Turkish comrades and we demand from the president and the government of Turkey of immediate and unconditional clearing of all political prisoners.
Long live freedom!

The Communist Organization of Greece (KOE) has sent protest to the Turkish Authorities, with copy to Prof. Dr. Hasan T. Fendoglu, President of the Human Rights Commission. Similar protests have been sent to the Turkish Authorities by the Greek Social Forum, the Union of the Working People, the Union of Journalists of Daily Newspapers, the Union of Journalists of Periodical and Electronic Press, and other social organizations. Copy The Turkish Embassy in Norway (by fax) *Stop the persecution and suppression of the Kurds.* The party Red, Norway, are very concerned about the enhanced persecution and suppression of the Kurds and the radical political opposition in Turkey. The threats of invading Iraq to attack PKK has a low credibility, as long as Turkey are refusing the offer of PKK to solve the conflict through political negotiations.
The conflict also are escalating through the increasing attacks upon Kurdish deputies and members and offices of the party DTP; as the bombing of their party office in Antalya, setting on fire their offices in Manisa and Belikesir and the shooting at several party officers from
that party. These incidents are made possible by the hostility hurled up by the anti-Kurd propaganda instigated by the authorities. The trial of October 26th in Istanbul is another example of anti-Kurd and antidemocratic acts from the State.
These persons are accused of being members of a banned party. To our knowledge this is considered enough to be put to trial and sentenced, by laws founded through the coup d'etat in September 1980. We urge the Government of Turkey to stop this policy and try to solve the national and social conflicts through political means. Oslo, October 23rd 2007 The party Red, Norway
