Following the call of TAYAD ; DİSK , CHD, TMMOB , Istanbul Bar Council and lawyer Behic Asci organised a press conference on January 22 at Istanbul Medical Association. The participants demanded the application of decree no. 45/1 that allows 10 prisoners in the f type prisons to gather 10 hours a week decided by the Ministry of Justice. When this decree had been introduced last year, the death fast was finished, an action which was realised by Behic Asci, too. The organisations declared at the press conference that the government has not kept its word. Usurping rights continue in the prisons. Lawyer Behic Asci said: „The f type prisons were opened with blood. The isolation has ruled for so long. People have lost their lifes and health at the f type prisons". He demanded the immediate application of the decree without any condition.
