The 4th Heavy Penalty Court of Van banned the Newroz posters of the DTP with the slogan „Edi Bes e". While the slogan Edi Bes e is used by a broad mass against the fascist dictatorship`s annihilation and denial policy as well as its operations, it was banned with the claim of „containing PKK propaganda." Edi Bes e was planned to be used for the rallies of March 8 in different cities and was banned there, too. However, 20.000 women going on the streets in Amed on March 8 had raised this slogan.
