8 soldiers and 3 police men were killed during an action realised by the female guerrillas of the Kurdish women guerilla YJA Star and TKP ML-TIKKO at Cemisgezek province of the Kurdish region Dersim on July 8-9. It was declared that the central police station had been attacked with heavy guns. In the attacks carried out against the police check point, the province` central police station and the battalion station, a tank had also been destroyed and a military convoy had been attacked when coming to the place of action to intervene.
