After having wounded Inci at the stomach Taksin threatened also his friend and people around with the weapon and stopped anyone to give any medical assistance to Cem Inci until the police forces arrived. Stating that Mustafa Atasoy has collected money by force of arms from the young people in the quarter before, he was imprisoned and brought to the prison Pasakapi.{divide} The revolutionary organisations protested against the street executions, which are increasing since the changes of the law of police duty and authority broadening all the authorities of the police up to the right to open the fire and against the last example, the murder of Cem Inci. The Socialist Platform of the Oppressed condemned the police massacre with an action at the place of the crime. The activists of the ESP called to go to the streets against the law of police duty and authority saying "the murders are not detained or imprisoned only for a short time and than released. However, trials are opened against those, who try to clear up these extralegal executions, by blaming them for damaging the mental personality of the state". The Federation of Fundamental Rights made a written statement on August 8 stating that the murder, who killed Cem Inci with police bullets, is the AKP saying "it is a state policy to keep the police busy, to let them use their weapons as much as they want and spread fear".
