The prisoners Ali Haydar Saygili, Fehmi Capan ve Mustafa Oner who are claimed to be members of the MLCP and who had been arrested on March 28 at Izmir and have been imprisoned since then at Kiriklar f type prison no. 1 were planned to be taken to court for the first time on October 27, 2008. However, the prisoners were not taken to the 10th Heavy Penalty Court because of having had rejected to be searched by the police. The hearing was postponed to December 3, 2008.
