In the memorial events it was discussed how to learn from the martyrs, to make their lives and struggles again known and how the banner of struggle passed by them to those remaining can be carried on in the best way. In Istanbul, the activities of the month of November started at the place, where our comrade Erdal Balci martyred on November 4, 1994. At the memorial event organised by the Socialist Platform of the Oppressed he was remembered at the bridge of Esenkent, Istanbul, where he martyred, and at his grave.
