Demagogy of terrorism, violence of the oppressors and the oppressed

Whenever it is inevitable to use the proper name of the MLCP in the indictment prepared in the name of the ruling forces of the capitalist exploitation and robbery system, of the fascist oppression and tyranny regime and their imperialist masters, the public prosecutor Haciosmanoglu's first sentence is "the armed terror organisation called MLCP"!
The ideologists of the imperialist bourgeoisie and leading political spokesmen point out that especially during the period since the 1990s with the term "terror" they have referred to "violence without any aim" and "violence for the sake of violence". However, it is not a mystery that they have been trying to label as "terrorist organisations" all parties, groups and guerrilla forces who had to make use of the means of violence in the struggle with a political-social program aiming at the liberation of the working class and the oppressed or who fought against the imperialist occupiers with arms in their hands. According to them, even states who do not bow to the US imperialism, such as Cuba, for example, are "terrorists"!
If you ask these bourgeois demagogues, they will say that workers and labourers, oppressed, exploited and convicted to poverty and misery, the peoples under imperialist yoke and the nations living under the colonialist slavery yoke do not have the right to put an end to this situation. At the most, they can demand partial changes within the system as allowed. However, if they are not content with this permission and join the struggle for political or national freedom or social revolution and have to make use of revolutionary violence in this struggle against imperialist bourgeois violence, they are defined as "terrorists" and their political struggle "terrorism"!
There is no doubt that this is an absurd and dirty lie. It is cheap demagogy.
We cannot talk about any violence and terror that are independent from history, the societies, the classes, the class struggle, the oppressors and the oppressed, the exploiters and the exploited. Those who claim the opposite want to pull humanity away from its past, present and future, from the legitimate the current situations and the current relations of political domination, as well as make it acceptable that the dominant and strong ones are always right and absolute. Let us think, what is it that makes the current relations of political domination and specifically the bourgeois state with its changing forms, absolute and eternal? What is it that makes the capitalist exploitation, the relations of production on which this exploitation is based and the capitalist system absolute and eternal?
Since private property and social classes, and, therefore, also the class contradictions had appeared, the history of all humanity is the history of class struggle. It is the class struggle that, together with socio-economic laws of functioning, determines the course of history. In order to defend their profits and hegemony, as well as make exploitation eternal, the exploiting ruling classes use oppression and terror. They have organised the state as the political apparatus for this purpose.
The state in a society with classes means the use of violence organised for the profits of the ruling class. Institutions that form the state, such as the army, police organisation, judicial system, the courts, the prisons and bureaucracy are the means of the organised violence of the ruling class. The apparatus called the state is not an occurrence of itself but the sum of all of the above.
All states of the exploiters consider the monopoly of violence or force as the requirement for the state's existence, of state hegemony and authority, and want to have it in their hands. Through laws, they give it official legitimacy and legal identity. In this sense, the state has the monopoly on using violence. For this reason, any violence by the oppressed, any attack on the state hegemony, apart from what the ruling classes use by the means of the state, does not harmonise with the existence of the state and is considered as "terror" and "terrorism", which is the most popular expression of today.
According to this, the slaves, who had revolted against slavery under the leadership of Spartacus, are "terrorists", while the ruling forces, who back then forced people into slavery, ensured that they will remain so by holding swords at their throat and forced them to kill each other at the arenas for their own fun, are not to be considered as having used violence and are not "terrorists" because they had acted in the name of the law and system!
Baba Ishak[1] and thousands of Alevi[2] Turcoman peasants who had rebelled against the feudal ruling forces are considered "terrorists", while the ruling forces of the Seljuq Sultanate of Rûm who had kept them under feudal yoke and put them to the sword, are not "terrorists" because they had acted in the name of the law and system!
Sheikh Bedrettin[3] and his comrades, Dadaloglu[4] or Koroglu[5] are "terrorists", while the bloodthirsty, barbaric feudal Ottoman ruling forces and local feudal lords are not "terrorists", because they had acted in the name of the law and system!
The Paris Communards that had rebelled against capitalist exploitation, social injustices, man's servitude to man are "terrorists", while the French bourgeoisie that collaborated indirectly with the German army -against whom it was already at war- against the Commune and shed the blood of the workers in streams, is not "terrorist", because it had acted in the name of the law and system!
US imperialism and its accomplices have occupied Iraq and killed 1 million people, they have destroyed Iraq's historical-cultural heritage, causing millions of people to become refugees, founded racist-fascist torture centres such as Abu Ghraib that abased all humanity, plundered Iraq's energy sources and divided Baghdad into different parts through walls; while they are regarded as "freedom" and "democracy" forces, those who fight against occupation and all these humanity crimes are "terrorists"!
It is obvious that the indictment was prepared with the same disgusting mentality.
