Students of Ege University, Izmir, and different youth organisations at Canakkale, Bolu and Mersin realised actions with which they called on the occupying Israeli army to stop the massacres. Students at Mersin shouted slogans in Arabic such as "Savra Savra hatıl nasr" (Fight, fight, resistance) and "Ya hurriye hal il hal" (Freedom, right now).

ODTU students organised a torch march on the last day of the year to protest against the massacre and showed that the Palestinian people are not alone.

Malatya SGD distributed leaflets at Malatya University against the massacre of Israel in Palestine and hanged up a banner read "Thousand greetings to those falling and fighting at Gaza".
