The European Council tries to put to vote a fascist draft which regards communism and fascism the same and which introduces the fight for socialism as a "crime".

The Winter Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) has included in its agenda "to condemn the crimes of communism". The world bourgeoisie is preparing to condemn the humanity by the hand of the European Council. The world bourgeoisie is preparing to condemn the lofty communism which is the emancipation, the definite freedom of the humanity, announcing it as crime by the hand of the European Council.

This is our call of fight to the working class and the labourers of the world; to the communists,

revolutionaries, antifascists and the progressives of the world.

YOU ARE NOT STRONG ENOUGH!

"A spectre is haunting Europe - the spectre of communism. All the powers of old Europe have entered into a holy alliance to exorcise this spectre: Pope and Tsar, Metternich and Guizot, French Radicals and German police-spies.

Where is the party in opposition that has not been decried as communistic by its opponents in power? Where is the opposition that has not hurled back the branding reproach of communism, against the more advanced opposition parties, as well as against its reactionary adversaries?

Two things result from this fact:

I. Communism is already acknowledged by all European powers to be itself a power.

II. It is high time that Communists should openly, in the face of the whole world, publish their views, their aims, their tendencies, and meet this nursery tale of the spectre of communism with a manifesto of the party itself." (From the Communist Manifesto)

You are not strong enough! You will be defeated again. You tried it constantly since the Communist Manifesto; you attacked communism, Marxism-Leninism and Stalin whenever you believed that you were strong enough. When the Soviet Union collapsed you said: "The archives should be opened then everybody will see that we are right, all the documents are hidden there". Then the archives were opened. But you could not find anything. Now you do not even mention that the archives should be opened.

You wrote more then one thousand "scientific" books just to "refute" one term, the term of "proletarian dictatorship" of Marx.

There emerged ones who were representing you among us to divide the communist movement. And neither those contemptible ones which we call revisionists were strong enough.

You have educated innumerable scribblers to struggle against socialism and historical materialism which was rising as a material force, but you could not reach your goal.

You tried to erase the footprints of the Communards who firstly attempted to conquer the sky with the spirit of the emancipation of all the humanity and who taught you a first lesson.

When you failed at impeding the Great October Revolution of the Russian working class and the labouring masses who you were humiliating as boors, you attacked at 16 sides to overthrow the proletarian dictatorship and you got your lesson.

You were not able to impede the construction of socialism under the leadership of Stalin but you did not refrain from sabotaging it. The Soviet justice was condemning you when it was punishing the criminals in the tribunals of 1936, 1937 and 1938. You did not take a lesson and you wanted badly the German fascism to attack the Soviet country. And this happened. But you got your lesson in Stalingrad. While the Red Army was chasing the fascist herds as far as Berlin, in fact it was chasing you and your system in front of the eyes of the whole world. The red flag planted on the Reichstag showed that you have no future.

You could not finish counting the "crimes" of the communists in your "Black book of Communism". But the realities have condemned you.

And now you are attempting a new attack. This method of you is also not new. In the first half of the 50's you introduced everything anti-American as "communism" in the USA and went haunting "communists". It seems that again you have not taken a lesson and again you have begun to see yourselves as McCarthies in the beginning of the 21st century.

When Stalin passed away you worried about what would happen. You were glad when Khrushchev and his accomplices usurped the power. You were the first ones who declared in the beginning of the 60's that socialism had entered a process of collapsing in the Soviet Union and it could collapse at any time. You utilised the occupations in Czechoslovakia and Afghanistan to slander socialism. But you knew very well that The Soviet Union occupying these countries was not socialist anymore. This attack neither succeeded.

When that disgraceful revisionist system collapsed in 1989-1991, you were as if you had conquered loots.

You considered the classes, theory and socialism as non-existent. You went as far as declaring the end of the history. But again you were wrong.

And now you have begun to hear again the steps of the "wretched of the world" and you are frightened. You have been observing the working class and the labouring masses of the world, the oppressed peoples and the nations of the world being reborn like a phoenix among the unfulfilled dreams, starting to move again since the second half of the 90's and you are trembling from the fear for your life. Your demagogies began loose their influence. For this reason you are preparing a base for new attacks.

Your crimes and murders are uncountable. Your system is based on exploitation, oppression and blood. What you understand from democracy is this. You are the ones who condemn the humanity to hunger and unemployment.

Can there be any kind of crime heavier than causing more than one billion people to be unemployed, to creep under the name of living with a wage of less than one dollar a day?

Can there be any kind of crime heavier than torturing people for thinking different from you, for standing against your system, heavier than killing them, heavier than creating Abu Ghraib, Guantánamo and the isolation prisons?

Do you think that your crimes which you have committed when you occupied the other countries for your interests, when you killing millions of people for your interests, will not be brought to justice?

One of you is defining you as follows:

"With adequate profit, capital is very bold. A certain 10 per cent will ensure its employment anywhere; 20 per cent certain will produce eagerness; 50 per cent, positive audacity; 100 per cent. will make it ready to trample on all human laws; 300 per cent, and there is not a crime at which it will scruple, nor a risk it will not run, even to the chance of its owner being hanged. If turbulence and strife will bring a profit, it will freely encourage both. Smuggling and the slave-trade have amply proved all that is here stated." (T. J.

You are just this. You deserve nothing but to be terminated. And we are going to terminate you destroying your system. Today or tomorrow!

MLCP will continue its struggle for communism which is the freedom, the emancipation and the future of the humanity. The proletariat will definitely overthrow your capitalist system based on exploitation and oppression and establish its own power under the leadership of its own party. Everyone should be sure about this!
