Within the last week, attacks on democratic and progressive students at Canakkale March 18 University have increased carried out by fascists who are defended by the university's administration and are free to walk around with arms at the university.
The fascist attacks were protested by 100 antifascist students on April 3, who declared that they are suspended for some terms or even kicked out of the university when they defend themselves against the attacks, which is their basic right. The university administration and gendarmerie that also tried to hinder the students' action had to give up when they saw the students' determination to protest. The students chanted different slogans such as "There is no liberation, either all together or none of us" and emphasized that they won't give up their struggle despite the attacks.
