We convey our revolutionary greetings on the occasion of holding the 4th Congress of your Party. The successful completion of your 4th Congress is a giant step forward in the battle against bourgeoisie and for the liberation of the masses of Turkey/Northern Kurdistan from miseries of the capitalist system.
In the past 15 years, the militants of MLCP have been courageously waging struggles against the fascist dictatorship in Turkey/Northern Kurdistan, against the dark forces of imperialism and Zionism, and for socialism and genuine democracy. The Party of Labour of Iran (Toufan) praises the brave and fighting comrades of MLCP.

Dear Comrades,
Imperialism and Zionism have committed horrendous crimes against the people of Balkan and the Middle East. The US imperialists and their allies are in deep crises, particularly in the Middle East. The solidarity between the communist and revolutionary forces of the region is a big blow against imperialism and the world reaction. We must strengthen this solidarity and build militant and coordinated struggles in the region to free our people from poverty, war, and exploitation.
We wish you further success in your revolutionary work.
