The guerilla forces of the PKK gained a firm foothold in all parts of Kurdistan and are deeply rooted in the whole region. No power of the world will be able to drive the Kurdish guerilla forces out of there. January-February 2011 / International Bulletin / No 101 The bourgeois Turkish state, whose will of war has been militarily worn in the dirty war it is carrying out for over 25 years in Anatolia and Mesopotamia and which tears it politically into hopelessness, has been forced not long ago to start negotiations through a state delegation with A. Ocalan, the leader of the PKK detained in Imrali. It was demanded that PKK announces a ceasefire. Once more it was told that the democratic political way would be opened and the Kurdish question would be solved within the work at the new constitution. Until August 2010, the colonialist fascist regime was searching for a solution without A. Ocalan and without the PKK. The ongoing negotiations were kept secret. Now, it was said in public for the first time, that talks are hold. Following these talks, A. Ocalan and the PKK announced a ceasefire and call for the foundation of a commission on inquiry and a commission for a new constitution in parliament in the further process. Until now, the AKP government has acted - leave alone the foundation of commissions -as if no talks are there at all and tried once more, like they did with the hypocrisy of the "Kurdish Initiative" to fob off the Kurdish freedom movement. The leadership of the PKK knows the historically known tricks, intrigues and political games of the Ottoman Empire and the Turkish Republic both from the history of Kurdistan as from their own experiences. With the campaign for education in two languages and the announcement of democratic autonomy they made sure that the real essence of the government policy were brought to light early. In the common statement of members of the government and generals issued by the MGK meeting in December, they repeated again the same old story "one language, one nation, one state and one flag". Thus, the racist fascist spirit and policy became evident once more. The colonialist regime is preparing for new attacks in spring and summer. The political and military preparation is showing it: for a long time hundreds of political cadres, activists and elected mayors from the legal work of the Kurdish freedom movement are detained in the context of the so called KCK trial. By that, they are trying at the political level to prevent and weaken the serhildan s (mass uprisings in the cities), which are steadily growing at a militant line. The activists of the Hezbollah, who assassinated humans binding them like cattle and have been released from prison recently, will be used politically and militarily against the Kurdish freedom movement like they already did in the past. The formation of a private paid army with 50,000 soldiers, the organisation of armed forces in numbers of 50,000 under the pretext of custom and border control, which will be used along the whole border and also the bilateral talks with the governments of Syria, Iran, Iraq and South Kurdistan are indicating a new wave of attack instead of efforts for a peaceful solution. Long before the PKK and the Kurdish liberation movement have announced that they will respond with a "revolutionary people's war" to these preparations of intensifying the war by the colonialist state. Revolutionary people's war means to link the guerrilla warfare with the serhildans and the development of a stronger will of struggle. To break the strategic balance of power which arose during the last years in favour of the freedom forces will path by that way. The guerrilla forces of the PKK gained a firm foothold in all parts of Kurdistan and are deeply rooted in the whole region. No power of the world will be able to drive the Kurdish guerrilla forces out of there. In this biggest revolutionary war in history, our party MLCP will also take its place.
