Tayyip Erdogan whose desire for presidency and 400 deputies for the AKP was rejected and the AKP that was removed from the government on 7th June are guiding our peoples towards a huge disaster. The colonial war based on denial against the Kurdish nation is being continued with bestial methods. Children are being killed, the dead body of a female guerrilla was dragged around nakedly, injured people are being shot, the forests are being set on fire, houses are being shot and bombed, dead bodies are being laid down in the sweltering heat for days. With this dirty war the Turkish people’s honour is once more trampled on. Your children that are dressed with military clothes because they can’t pay 18,000 Turkish Lira (5.280€) are sent to war to kill workers, peasants, poor children or young workers or labourers just like themselves or to be killed. But for what? To oppress the demands of the Kurdish people to respect the national identity, for education in the mother tongue and create democratic authority! To make the Kurdish nation accept the “slavery peace”, to make them give up the most natural national democratic rights, to make them silent and give up. TURKISH PEOPLE – THIS IS NOT YOUR WAR This war is the war of the fascist Turkish capital state, of Tayyip Erdogan and the AKP who in the name of Turkishnes and Islamism do everything lousy and disgrace, of Turkish fascists who want to practice peonage and of the Turkish colonialists. The flag that must rise in the hands of the Turkish people should be the flag that was raised by Mahir Cayan , Ibrahim Kaypakkaya and Deniz Gezmis who were of Turkish origin and have been taken as an example for raising the flags for freedom, justice and equality for the peoples. This flag is the heritage of those who died in the 2013 June rebellion and those young people who were killed in Suruc on 20th July 2015. Feel responsible for this heritage and raise the Turkish people’s national honour. TURKISH PEOPLE, THE KURDISH PEOPLES’ RESISTANCE IS YOUR RESISTANCE, TOO The Kurdish people don’t give up and answer the fascist dictatorship and denying colonialism with a new advance. In different living areas “self-government” has been announced. The Kurdish people bravely resist with their struggle not only for themselves but for all labourers and oppressed also of Turkish, Arabic, Circassian, Armenian, Assyrian, Cypriot Greeks, Pomaks, Laz, Georgian, Roma, Alevi, Yazidis against those who aim at oppressing democratic rights and freedoms by fascist laws and fascist tyranny. The struggle between the oppressed and the oppressing forces in Kurdistan as well as the resistance raised by the oppressed are your resistance. Their hope is your hope. Their victory will be your victory. Raise your voice and go on the streets so that the attacks by the fascist colonial state will be stopped and there will be a just, democratic, honoured national freedom. Don’t send your children to the army. While you bury your children that lose their life in the war they are sent to due to mandatory military duty, raise your fury against Tayyip Erdogan whose children are treated differently, against the AKP, the fascists that provoke the war and the bourgeois army that serves the capital and leads a war commanded by the palace consisting of a 1000 rooms and the AKP! LET US STRENGTHEN THE UNITED DEMOCRATIC FRONT It is our current duty to defend the Kurdish peoples’ interest and will to govern them, to raise the struggle in Turkey and to fight shoulder to shoulder. We call upon all progressive, revolutionary, anti-fascist group and parties to act with this responsibility and to strengthen the united democratic front. We greet the Kurdish peoples’ brave step to self-governance and to defend this step determinedly. With its forces in Bakure Kurdistan our party takes place within this vanguard step and supports to spread it. Our party will fulfil all its responsibilities to develop the struggle for a just, honoured and democratic peace in Turkey and to strengthen the united, democratic front.
