Under the pressure of fascist AKP dictatorship and its followed line of political islamic ideology all areas of society suffer under lack of freedom. With its reactionary mentality, condemning any self-empowerment and will outside of its political line the AKP dictatorship prepares to capture the people and to influence a whole new generation with his ideology. The question of freedom became a main demand of women, as well as of the nations, of the youth, of oppressed religious communities, of the workers and civil servants. Therefore any fascist rule is used on a high level. The youth plays a central role in this plans. For the youth this political islamic line means a limitation of life and violation of future perspectives.

Democratic and scientific education for the youth!

Free, democratic education and science for the people is a main demand of the youth, due to fascist education system since decades. Since the military fascist coup in 1980 a ruthless antidemocratic disciplinary and centralized system was installed that emphasized state loyality and ideology instead of individual and free thoughts. But the conditions get worse under Erdogans palace rule. Education has been viewed as a playball in the past decade under fascist Erdogan dictatorship. One of his main aims is the religionification of education. The more religious classes, massive programm of converting secular schools into islamic schools is a preparation for ideological infiltration of new generations and leading massive expansion of private education. Due to bad education conditions paid private tutoring is compulsory and for many parents an existencial problem. Moreover education reforms in 2012 brought the so called '4+4+4' education system, which divides the number of education years of primary, middle and secondary schools, but also religious vocational schools, so called Imam Hatip or preacher schools, where Islam courses have become compulsery, which includes assimilation of all other religious beliefs. This system increases child labour and child marriage in Turkey. The number of children dropping out after primary school is increasing every year. Another existencial problem of the youth in Turkey is the endless changings of examination systems only in the past year.

The fascist political islamic Ideology and its reactionary methods are taking control over the education system. They try to enforce a religious and obedient, inferior generation of youth. For this reason hundreds of democratic teachers and academics lost their work. Also for this reason universities and schools are turned into open prisons, where any political activity is punished through special security forces and there is entrance controls. Other main parts of the education problems are the racist, unscientific, sexist education curriculum, the bad conditions of commodiation, market oriented education, the banning of evolution theory in the schools, education right in mothertongue and so on. With the new decrees unter the state of emergency all political actions are forbidden in the universities and camera systems where brought there. Directors and coordinators where decided by the palace and send to universieties.

But the education system is just one aim in the general plan of creating this generation. They concentrade on methods a new kind of life and relationship up to the smallest cell of society. All lifestyle standard of the youth are been created and oppressed under the religious norm for the whole society, but especially for the youth. Clothing and consume style, lifestyle, popular culture, medya, art and sports, everything is under the market orientated, reactionary, monist, sexist, conservative fasist political islamic ideology reorganization. Beginning with sexist role models, violence against women, abuse of children and its legitimation by state religious institutions the atmosphere is poisened for  young women. Reactions against kissing in the streets, alcohol and ontrols of women students houses are a part of this mentality.To convince the masses medya and press is used to share the psychologic propaganda war. But the youth is a social force which is thinking, which questions, understands dynaimcly the facts and has the bravery to opone and to swim against the strom.

This siege of the youth is a general plan, but the youth is a main force against fascism. The youth of Turkey and Kurdistan is one of the main dynamics in the struggle for freedom. In the June Uprising beginning with Gezi, in the Rojava Revolution, in the women freedom struggle the youth defends the forest rows. This youth where thrown out of school, thrown into prison or where massacred in Suruc and Ankara. The youth movement as a whole has to understand that Erdoğan dictatorship tries to develop a new youth generation with its own means.

Our Party MLKP and its Youth Organization KGÖ fight against this fascist politic islamic ideology and the attacks against freedom. The struggle for equal, no financial, scientific, democratic education and the will of borderless freedom is a main part of our work.

The freedom fight of the youth has to be combined with other resisting dynamics, on the ground of unified struggles for revolution. The struggle of the academics and teachers who where thrown out with decrees, the women freedom struggle, the youth freedom struggle has to be unified on streets in schools, at the campus then the experience and bravery against the palace fascism will grow in its quality.

Therefore we call the youth of Turkey and Kurdistan into the rows of KGÖ, the communist youth organiation, as the defender of the youth right an the leader of the youth!
