The progressive, revolutionary and communist parties of the Middle East geography have established the regional coordination of anti-imperialist struggle in the Middle East by organising a conference. The Conference of Anti-imperialist Struggle in the Middle East is convened on 11-12 June as a step that aims to bring together the region's progressive, revolutionary and communist forces in the anti-imperialist struggle front against imperialist war and occupation in the Middle East, which has been always in the sphere of rivalry and hegemony of the imperialist states, at first, the USA, and to give an end to the dispersion and weakness of the anti-imperialist forces. The conference, which was organised as a result of two years effort of MLCP and by the joint call of DFLP and PFLP from Palestine, was participated by the following forces: From Turkey and Northern Kurdistan; MLCP (Marxist Leninist Communist Party), MKP (Maoist Communist Party), TKP-K (Communist Party of Turkey-Spark), from Palestine; FHKC (People's Liberation Front of Palestine), FDKC (Democratic Liberation Front of Palestine), from Iran; Labour Party of Iran (Toufan), from Iraq; Berlin Arab Platform. TKP/ML (Communist Party of Turkey/Marxist Leninist) and Liberation Organisation of Turkey from Turkey and AIK (Anti-imperialist Camp) organised in various countries such as Austria, Germany, Italy and etc. took part in the conference as observers. In the conference, started with one minute of silence for the martyrs of revolution and socialism in the region and the world and for 17 martyrs of MKP those who were massacred by the fascist Turkish state in 2005, at first, the participant organisations have talked about their organisation and its history. After that, in accordance with the prepared agenda, the conference continued with the presentation and discussion of reports implies the ideas of participants on the anti-imperialist struggle in the Middle East. The progressive, revolutionary and communist forces of our region stated that they are agree on the necessity of organisation and development of the anti-imperialist struggle on regional scale in order to throw occupants in the Middle East. By preparing a declaration at the end of the discussions, the participants of the conference announced that they have established the Coordination of Anti-imperialist Struggle in the Middle East. The conference participants, which stated "the ongoing struggle for hegemony upon the world markets and the resources of raw-materials shows that the rivalry among the prominent imperialist countries and the inner-imperialist contradictions are sharpened in certain regions: These regions are the Balkans, Middle East, Caucasus/ Caspian Basin and Latin America", have also emphasised in the foundation declaration that, in the imperialist geo-policies, the world hegemony passes from the occupation of these regions and, therefore, they cannot give up from these regions. The declaration has also involved ideas that imperialism in not invincible however it is strong, the national liberation fights did not lose anything from their importance and rightness, the oppressed nations and peoples are continuing to resist against the imperialist occupation, war, repression and plunder, the Palestinian people's struggle to the Zionism and imperialism, the Iraqi people's resistance to the imperialist occupation and the Kurdish nation's battle against the national yoke represents an example to all oppressed nations and peoples. The declaration have also stressed that the oppressed nations' national liberation struggle and the proletariat and peoples' social liberation fights against the imperialist colonial violence and terror is inevitable and legitimate as seen yesterday in Vietnam, today in Iraq, Palestine and Nepal. Through the conference and founded coordination, the patriotic, revolutionary and communist forces of the Middle East have taken the first step in the advancement of the anti-imperialist struggle. The next task is to bring together in this platform the pro-independence, anti-imperialist, revolutionary and communist forces of all countries which are in the sphere of Greater Middle East Project such as Turkey, Iran, Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, Jordan, Iraq, Kurdistan, Cyprus, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and etc. This was set out also as a task by the conference. The conference ended its work by defining the "Principles of Functioning" and the political tasks of the coordination in the near future. MLCP is determined to do the tasks that down to her shoulders and make coordination functioning in order to increase the anti-imperialist struggle in the Middle East in united and strong manner.
