Dear Friends and Comrades,

We left a year behind which was full of pain in terms of the class struggle of the world working class and oppressed people. But it, at the same time, was full of resistance we can be proud of.

Through their continuing struggles, the working class, toiling masses and oppressed peoples all over the world have shown that they will not bow their heads to the imperialist war, occupation and neo-liberal attacks.

We wish 2004 will be the year of steps taken for realization of the anti-imperialist, revolutionary struggle against the imperialist bourgeoisie and their collaborators, and of the organization of the socialist struggle at international level.

While entering a new year, we again express our belief in the steps that we will take on the way of waving the lofty flag of communism at high in the struggle for revolution and socialism. We salute all of you with our revolutionary enthusiasm and wish success in your struggle.
