The elections in the USA have shown the main representative of the aggressive politics of the US imperialism, which he uses for its world dominance, that also the majority of his own country rejects these politics. The real reason for the defeat in election of Bush and the Republican Party on November 7, are his politics on Iraq. Bush is in minority in the senate and in the lower house and he knows that he has to find a consensus with the Democrats, who won the majority of votes. After the attacks of September 11, 2001 at the World Trade Center, Bush declared his long-lasting, permanent war under the name of "war against terror" against all the peoples of the world, actually against the whole world. US imperialism declared that he awards himself the right to occupy in the name of the "war against global terror" all countries and regions which do not submit under his interests, all these, which he considers necessary for its interests. The real aim was to bring the strategic regions and the reserves of raw materials, which are in any case necessary in order to establish its world hegemony, to keep away opponents from these regions and to oppress the anti-imperialist struggle on world scale. Since 2001, these politics the "new war policy" of the US imperialism entered a deep crisis, in spite of the intense arming, the occupation of countries like Afghanistan and Iraq and the unbelievable high spending for armament. In face of the resistances in Afghanistan and in Iraq, the US imperialism and his allies got into a hopeless situation. After a certain period of silence, the resistance in Afghanistan sent the occupiers again into a panic and in Iraq the occupiers started to say that they are face to face with a defeat. The occupiers began to loose their position of control in both countries. It came to the point that NATO demands soldiers from the countries taking part in the occupation like Turkey and Germany in order to send them to the south of Afghanistan. The rifts which are to be seen in the "alliance of the willing" are deepening. Some countries, for instance Japan, Spain, and Italy are drawing back their soldiers from Iraq, also because of the protests growing stronger in their own countries. The days of Blair, the main supporters of the occupations of the US imperialism, are numbered. In the bourgeois media were speculations that after the electoral defeat and the withdrawing of D. Rumsfeld a certain restraint in the aggressive policy of Bush could happen. The fact, that Bush dismisses D: Rumsfeld from its post, who did not to anything else than realizing exactly his policy, does not mean a change of his policy. On the other hand, the Democrats, who won the majority of the votes in the elections, are also, exactly like the Republicans, a party of the monopolies. Now, both parties have to see to, in the name of a "new" policy, that the occupation in both countries will become a victory and the Iraq war will be won. For this reason, different strategies on how to proceed are in discussion now. They discuss for example to arrange meetings with Syria and Iran, to strengthen the Iraqi army, to send more soldiers to Iraq, to launch intensive attack against the forces of resistance etc. as "new" way of proceeding. All those proposals for „solution" mean nothing else but to serve the interests of US imperialism. But the US imperialism and the other occupation powers are seeing that they cannot go on like their want, neither in Afghanistan nor in Iraq. The resistance in Afghanistan has a country-wide political organization. According to their announcement, also the Iraqi resistance has now a national political organization through the foundation of the United Political Headquarters. The creation of the United Political Headquarters has provided that considerably successes have been achieved in the struggle against the occupiers and shows that the day of throwing out the occupiers from the country is not far anymore. From the point of view of the resistance forces these development shows that above all in Iraq the resistance has reached a new level. On the other hand, it is to be seen that also the international solidarity with the resistance in Iraq, even if it may be insufficiently, has to be considered as a fact, which strengthens the resistance. The developments show that the days of the occupiers are numbered. Also their "new" policy will not beware them from the defeat.
