New anti-terror law was not enough! Police given extraordinary authorization!

A new regulation was recently sent to the head of parliament as a "draft law", which had not been brought forward because it could have influenced the relations with the EU in a negative way. This regulation gives the police a huge authorization. It is expected that the draft law will be passed soon. In case that it will become a law, the following points will be allowed:
- The police will get their right again to make use of their weapons directly and without any hesitation;
this right was canceled by the Constitutional Court.
-If the police suspects someone, thy will have the right to stop and search whom they want. They will use violence in case someone or any car does not stop.
-The police will have the right to determine the grade of violence. By that, punching, torture and killing will be legalized.
-If the police suspect someone, they are allowed to hold up any person as long as they want until it is decided to arrest him/her.
-The police is allowed to take fingerprints and pictures and open a file on anyone who applies for a gun license, driving license and passport; who has been employed as a police officer or special security force; who applied for citizenship or anyone being arrested.
-The police will be allowed to search people, their cars, special documents and belongings with the written order simply of the prefect without the decision of a judge claiming that there is the possibility of a danger or offense.
-The police will be allowed to undertake "preventive searches" next to places where meetings and actions will take place, of any educational institution, public places and means of transport.
-The police will also be allowed to collect and judge over the personal information, including DNA and biometric information, without the approval of the respective person.
-While doing intelligence service` activities, the police will be able to profit from all technical possibilities. They will also have the chance to film those people by camera and record their voices who are persecuted by using methods such as a traitor or messenger in order to watch the offenders. The police will be allowed to listen to their phone calls and record any connection in the Internet.
With the legalization of this draft law, the police will have extra-judicial authorization. And with this, the police can go on people's hunt as they used to do so before, they can kill whom they want on the street, enter any house they want, stop anyone wherever they want, torture anyone as much as they want, persecute anyone as long as they want, listen to phone calls and open a file on anyone they want.
As commonly known, this and other laws which are brought forward by the fascist dictatorship "to correspond to the EU standards" are the same in the European countries to limit democratic rights and freedoms. The fascist dictatorship aims at strengthening the police in order to achieve the results expected concerning breaking the will of and liquidating the revolutionary movement and the annihilation and denial of the Kurdish nation. The fascist dictatorship wants to conquer the streets by giving the police more authorization. But in the same way, the dictatorship's anti-terror law has been revealed and smashed back; this will be done so, too.
