-The MLCP militants, those who took to the street on the night of December 31 in Istanbul/Ikitelli, set fire to greet the new year. In the action, in which the local toilers participated, they played folkdance, sang Turkish and Kurdish songs and made speeches on the struggle of the coming period.

-The MLCP militants have also congratulate the toiling people's New Year in Yamanlar town of Izmir and made writings on the walls such as "to the Revolution and Socialism in the New Year".

-On the last days of 2003, in order to protest the 19 December Massacre in prisons, the militias of KGO , the youth organisation of the MLCP, have thrown Molotov-cocktails to the AKP 's Alibeykoy Branch in Cuma Pazari.

-In the morning of January 2, MLCP forces putted banner with a bomb on a wall in Tuzlucayir Neighbourhood of Ankara. On the banners it was said that "We will ask account of the 19 December Massacre - MLCP/KGO".

-In Antep, the militias of the MLCP Kurdistan Organisation greeted the New Year with bombs. In the morning of January 1, they put a banner with a bomb on a wall in Kurbanbaba. The banner was signed by MLCP Kurdistan Organisation and was saying "Stop Isolation from F Type to Imrali".

-To ask account of the 19 December massacre, the AKP's, who continues on the cell-isolation oppression, Kardolap Branch in Alibeykoy was thrown Molotov cocktail by the MLCP militias. The militias have made a statement and said that "We have thrown Molotov cocktails to Alibeykoy-Kardolap Branch of the AKP, one of those responsible of the massacre in the prisons and one of the conductor of the cell- isolation terror".

-On January 8, the militias of the MLCP Kurdistan Organisation bombed the province branch of the MHP in Antep. On the statement of the MLCP Kurdistan Organisation it was said that "We have bombed the province branch of the MHP, which claims the fascist state's civil gendarmerie task, in Antep in order to protest the attacks carried out in recent days against the progressive students in Antep university by a group of MHP fascists, the Turkish bourgeois state's D and F type prison attack, the denial chauvinist attacks and the dirty plans made on our freedom".

-On Friday, January 16, leaflets carrying the signature of MLCP Kurdistan Organisation were distributed widespread in Malatya and Antep. The leaflets were in both Kurdish and Turkish and made accents on "We want Freedom". Moreover, some other leaflets of the MLCP were also distributed widespread in toiling neighbourhoods, schools and bus stops of Malatya and Antep.

-In order to condemn the attacks on the Kurdish nation, the MLCP militias have put posters (saying: "Down with fascist colonialism", "Freedom to the Kurdish Nation") on to the walls in Cakmak, Birlik, Icerenkoy and Findikli neighbourhoods of Istanbul-Umraniye.
