"The 8th Interna-tional Seminar on Problems of the Revolution in Latin America" was held in Quito, capital city of Ecuador, on 13-17 December 2004.

24 revolutionary and communist parties and organisations representing different countries of the world have expressed their views on this years main subject: "Struggle of the masses, its problems, organisation and perspective". The seminar started by singing the International and introducing of the participating organisations and parties. In her paper, MLCP expressed the experiences of the mass movement and the struggle of the masses in Turkey and Northern Kurdistan. Furthermore, MLCP took part in the round table upon Iraq and Pales-tine as a speaker.

During the whole seminar, our Party emphasised on the necessity of establishment of anti-imperialist co-ordinations in the regions where the contra- dictions between the imperialists are sharpening such as Latin America, Balkans, Caucasus and the Middle East.

This yearly seminar is an important initiative in terms of achieving the international organisation of anti-imperialist and revolutionary forces; it is an important step for uniting the organised struggle of the anti-imperialist forces.
