Palestine is a country where its lands have been occupied by Zionism through imperialism's desire and support, whose most people live in exile and that is being bombed, burned, destroyed and suffer from massacres everyday. As being one of the bloody puppets of the US imperialism in the Middle East, Israeli State is the first and only state which has been founded through a UN resolution. As the result of a decision with the number of 181 and taken in the UN in 1947, the imperialist states have led to foundation of Zionist Israeli State in 1948 by dividing the lands of Palestine and giving important part of it to the Jews. Israel, by being armed from top to bottom and fully supported by the imperialists, has occupied whole Palestine lands by massacring and sending Palestine people to exile. The pain, blood, tears, hunger and poverty have always been deemed lawful on Palestine. 5 million Palestinians have been living in exile since 1948.

Despite the suffering of many massacres, pains and poverty, the Palestinian people have never surrendered. Today, when we say Palestine we recall uprising and resistance, and Palestine's tradition of resistance becomes the source of inspiration to all freedom struggles in the world. The imperialism and its puppet state, those who could not surrender Palestine, have led Arafat to sign Oslo Agreement in 1994 in order to extinguish the 1st Intifada (Uprising) started in 1987. The Palestine people have seen through the cost they paid that the Oslo Agreement presented as the peace plan brought nothing to Palestine people. And they have begun the 2nd Intifada on 26 September 2000. Israel's efforts to organise conspiracy, to massacre or to imprison the leaders of organised forces, DFLP and PFLP at first, of the Palestine people did not extinguished the Intifada. Since the beginning of the 2nd Intifada, the Palestine people have given 3500 martyrs and more than 41 thousand casualties. Thousands of Palestinians have been captured and lived the same tortures, savageness that is also being experienced in Guantanamo and Abu Ghraib.

While announcing the revolutionary organisations fighting for the freedom of Palestine as the "terrorists", Israel, the USA and other imperialist powers, those who could not repress the 2nd Intifada, have mounted their massacres as being the greatest terrorists of the world. More than 130 Palestinians were killed, 400 of them were wounded and thousands of them were left homeless in the assassin Sharon's assault, the most barbaric assault of last 4 years, to the Cebaliye, Refah and Sicaiye refugee camps in October this year.

In the face of Intifada's fire Israel has taken the withdrawal from the regions of Gazza and West Bank into its agenda. However, as it happened in the past, while demolishing the houses of Palestinians, it is also trying to remove the fundamental living conditions of the Palestine people by damaging the electric and water supplies and roads. And, by the wall that is being constructed around the Palestine lands, Israel tries to isolate the people of Palestine in their own county.

Palestine, as being one of the two centres of resistance in the Middle East, continues to resist against the imperialism and Zionism. The Intifada's fire and light is continuing to be a source of inspiration and to show the way to the oppressed people. But, the international support to the resistance has been weakened. The real friends and supporters of the Palestine people are neither the collaborator Arab states nor the imperialist states of Europe. The real friends of the Palestine people are the working class and oppressed peoples. The duty of increasing the international solidarity with the people of Palestine and the Intifada, at first, devolves on to the revolutionary and communist organisations those who are the vanguard forces of working class. Therefore, our Party has called on all revolutionary party and organisations to organise a conference together in order to bring out a will and organisation that is actively supporting the Iraqi and Palestinian resistances in Europe. Our party is in the commitment to organise such a conference and her works are still continuing.

Our Party MLCP -who has got an outlook of considering the Palestinian people's case as her own case- will grow her solidarity with the Intifada, the symbol of liberation and freedom, with the consciousness of this duty. Our Party calls upon all revolutionary and progressive forces defending the case of Palestine to grow solidarity with Palestine during the month of November. The victory of Palestine will be an achievement of the working class and oppressed peoples of the world, but the defeat of imperialism and Zionism. Let's increase the international solidarity for Palestine's victory!
