The attacks of the imperialist-capitalist system which are enforced through its international organizations such as IMF and WB and target the workers and toilers are also carried out mercilessly by the colonialist fascist Turkish State. The neoliberal attacks such as privatization, out-sourcing, disunionization, flexible work, freeze of the wages make workers and toilers poorer and poorer. This has come to such an extend that these attacks of the monopoly capital, applied through AKP (Justice and Development Party) government, have made themselves noticeable in every part of the life in a very short time.

Already existing slavery work conditions have been made official by the so-called new labor-law numbered 4857, and it brought new opportunities and legal assurances for bosses, but cuts on the rights for workers. By leaning on to the law, the bosses are acting on their own wills in the collective agreements, keep the wages very low and don't pay it on-time. Moreover, they are immediately firing the workers who want to be organized in trade unions.

The sectors and industrial fields such as textile, leather, dockyard, are the first ones where the attacks show most heavy and destructive effects. These sectors and fields are also the ones where workers are not organized or organized very weak. The workers, whose working conditions are very hard, in these sectors are paid very low wages, and facing the attacks of the bosses such as not paying wages, firing, extending working time.

The anger among the workers those who are forced to work without being organized in trade unions and without insurances in the sectors such as textile, leather and dockyards is showing itself with the actions just like it happened in the sock-producing factories D6ztas, Gelal and Celik in Istanbul/Terazidere. A resistance in these domains, which has relatively small factories or companies, is immediately effecting and spreading into the other companies in the same or other domains. The single actions which are developing, we can say spontanously, during the last months, are showing that a revolutionary workerB4s movement is growing in these sectors.

These actions, which develop in the single companies, are being, just for now, suppressed by the collaboration of the bosses and the police. They want to limit the influence created by these actions. Although they are ended without great achievements because of police terror, isolation of the companies by the police blockade, prevention of the solidarity from outside, firings and physical attacks, these actions are important because of their influences in other companies and to show where the worker's movement can go. All these resistances are the messenger of bigger blow ups with anger and resistances. When resistances are continue to develop than they will make influence on these and other sectors, and will develop the conscious among the workers of repulsing the attacks by resistances and gaining rights by fighting for them.

There are resistances continuing for a long time in the KITs (Organizations for Public Economy) such as TEKEL, PETKIM, TDCPRAS, TDCGSAS, SFCmerbank against the capital's neoliberal attacks such as privatization, out-sourcing, disunionization and zero increase in the wages. These resistances are often using radical actions, including occupation of the factories. And such resistances are also overcoming the trade union bureaucracy. The workers call from the below for General Strike General Resistance is also making pressure on the trade union bureaucracy. Because, the march of the public sector workers that started from four regions and went towards the capital city, Ankara, and their enter to the capital city by exceeding police barricades is showing their confederation of trade unions the attitude that KESK (Confederation of Public Labor Unions) must also take in the future.

Through its two years lasting campaign to enlighten and organize the workers, MLCP has pulled attentions to the struggledynamics that accumulate in the ranks of the working class and the importance of effectual mass agitation to make these dynamics to get into action. It has pulled attentions to the duty of effectual and continual agitation in order to lead this struggle tendencies and wishes towards the united line by the vanguard interventions.

MLCP carries the duty and consciousness of uniting the struggle against neoliberal policies with the struggle against imperialist occupation and the Turkish state's attempts to send troops to Iraq within the ranks of the working class.

MLCP considers the development of the working class resistances in each company in connection with the aim of making progress with the organized and united course for General Strike General Resistance as one of the duties standing in front of the communists. And it conducts the struggle under this consciousness.
