The Draft of New Penalty Code that is forced upon the revolutionary prisoners is another link of the slavery chain imposed by the fascist dictatorship on the working class and labourers of our country and aims for more exploitation and poverty. The state, which aims to pass the code in parliament before the EU summit on 17th December (the summit where they are going to decide on whether to start negotiations or not between Turkey and the EU), tries to break the revolutionary prisoners' will and ideologically surrender them. They are being imposed by wearing one-type dress, to work forcibly and to bow their heads on all fascist prohibitions and sanctions. They want to dissuade the fighters of freedom and socialism, who have been captured in their struggle against the fascist dictatorship and closed behind the F-type isolation prisons, from their claims and struggle, and turn them into a human-sediment who do not think, do not produce and do not make any objection.

But there is one thing that the Turkish bourgeois state is forgetting about. The revolutionary prisoners did not accept these practices even under heavy cruelty of the 12 September military fascist dictatorship. They repulsed the attack of one-type dress and fascist sanctions at the cost of heavy sacrifices by including the death fast and hunger strikes. And today also, the communist and revolutionary prisoners are following the path that was drawn by hundreds of martyrs who gave their lives. Many cadres and militants of our Party such as the Central Committee member Huseyin Demircioglu, Tuncay Yildirim and Huseyin Kayaci have given their lives because of the resistances in prisons. By the slogan "I must be at the forefront", our Central Committee member, Huseyin Demircioglu, walked upon the cruelty and death at the forefront of the resistance during the 1996 Death Fast action.

The organisations that are against the isolation and the New Penalty Code have in important numbers united their forces and are heightening their protests on the streets in order to stop passing of the code in the parliament. Anti-isolation forces, that are on one hand acting in commitment to defend revolutionary prisoners -those who are resisting inside and shouting that they will not accept the fascist implications- and to spread their voices to four corners of Turkey and Northern Kurdistan by protesting the draft of the code through many methods of struggle, on the other hand enlighten the workers and labourers against the slavery laws. The streets are witnessing many different action methods from panels to information meetings, demonstrations to pickets, hanging banners to writing on the walls, hunger strikes to distribution of leaflets.

Platforms created against the isolation are organising actions in many cities of the country almost every day. On 11 October, they have delivered the message that they will not accept the code to the parliament by meeting in Ankara. In actions, they are shouting slogans such as "Withdraw the Draft of the New Penalty Code", "The revolutionary will can not be surrendered", "Revolutionary prisoners are our honour", "We will not wear one-type cloths", "The revolutionary prisoners can not be surrendered", "We going to win over the isolation from F-type to Imrali".

The Kurdish National Movement is struggling for abolishment of the isolation on Abdullah Ocalan in Imrali while the revolutionary communist movement struggles for the abolishment of isolation in F-type prisons for four years. But today, these two trends'struggles have being united on the content of "No to the Isolation from F-type to Imrali".

The hunger strikes organised by the ESP (Socialist Platform of the Oppressed) and combination of the campaign of "Workers Want Freedom" -that is being organised in order to enlighten the workers- with the struggle against the isolation, demonstrations with torches and other actions, IHD 's (Human Rights Association) panels, press releases and vigils, the actions of the trade unions such as the Textile Union and the Limter-Is on the part of the working class, the Labourer Women League's protests and the actions of the HOC (Rights and Freedoms Front) are the actions which are attracting the attentions.

While leading the creation and/or activation of the Anti-Isolation Unity and similar platforms in different cities, MLCP is growing the actions based on the anger of the masses against the New Penalty Code also by her independent activities.
