Since the AKP government continued with no-solution, divert and liquidation attacks on the Kurdish question, the PKK stopped the period of ceasefire from June 2010 on. With its influential guerrilla actions in Turkey and Northern Kurdistan, it showed once again that it able to carry out an armed resistance against the war tam-tam, will and power of the colonial Turkish bourgeois state, its army and government. Besides a limited number of guerrillas, within a month, 50 Turkish soldiers lost their life in the clashes in the cities and on the countryside in Turkey and Northern Kurdistan.
The colonialist regime, that makes the dirty war reach its peak, is tending to liquidate the PKK and the Kurdish national movement with new sieges, concepts of attacking and tactics by allying the regional states (Iran, Iraq, Syria and Southern Kurdistan), the NATO and imperialist forces (USA, EU) to its traditional annihilation and denial politics. The NATO was wanted to intervene on the PKK. The state of emergency and discussions have started on the execution of the Kurdish national leader.
Within these rigorous war politics and tensions, "discussions on the solution" are made, such as the Turkish bourgeois state respecting the PKK and A.Ocalan as officially discuss with, some constitutional amendments on the Kurdish question and a general political amnesty. The period tends to move on from a "war at low-level" to a "war with violence on a middle-level". With its influential guerrilla actions, the PKK is continuing to surprise the colonial regime and to weaken its war will. The colonial regime continues to collected soldiers at the border and to bomb living areas of civilians in Kurdistan with planes and tanks.
The fascist-racist attackers, however, realised yet in the first days that they were totally wrong. The tensed cowering status of the state's high officials, among them prime minister T. Erdogan and the chief of general staff Ilker Basbug, at the military war shield at Kurdistan have shown the whole world that they're not in an easy situation.
The colonialist fascist regime's saying on the "Kurdish Initiative" aimed at the national movement's and PKK's military and political liquidation. It was a malicious, devious and hypocrite "carrot" policy of denial and annihilation. The serhildan s to welcome the "peace groups" organised by the PKK have revealed this fake Ottoman game at an early stage. The regime was caught in the act. The packet on the constitutional change doesn't contain any change on the political and cultural rights of the Kurds at all. The Kurdish question is considered as a question of poverty, as a question of an individual right and freedoms. Not as collective national rights, but limited on the level of individual rights.
The colonial regime answered the decisions on ceasefire taken several times by the PKK every time with non-solution, distraction, no respect as considering an official party to discuss and liquidation attacks. The PKK that was formerly accused with separatism is now accused of "sub-contracting" by using psychological war methods in the new period.
The rage Israeli Zionism created among the people can be seen as an opportunity for demagogy of the AKP war government. Erdogan, the Palestinian protector, tended to "forget everything and start from the beginning" without having difficulties with the regime>'s traditional policy on annihilation and denial. The AKP government, that because of the huge welcome of the "peace groups" at Habur had psychologically the feeling of being defeated, put 1.500 Kurdish politicians, among them newly elected mayors behind bars. It imprisoned 4.000 Kurdish children who had joined the serhildans . It banned the DTP . It organised the physical attack on A. Turk, the former general president of the DTP when he was leaving the court in Samsun. It imprisoned those members of the "peace groups" that it hadn't imprisoned before at the entrance at Habur. It released the members of Ergenekon , the clandestine organisation that has organised the dirty war and other dirty things. Cemil Bayik, member of the PKK's leader council, declared that they will announce democratic autonomy if the colonial state doesn't approach any solution.
